MREA Announces SOLAR THERMAL '10 Keynote

You won't want to miss this year's Keynote Speaker, Lisa Frantzis, from Navigant Consulting. Lisa has recently completed a study on the history, system types, and supply chain of the solar thermal industry and will share her extensive and informative findings at SOLAR THERMAL '10.

Lisa is a Managing Director for Renewable and Distributed Energy, at Navigant Consulting. With 29 years of experience in managing extensive technical, market, and economic analyses of renewable energy systems, she is recognized for her depth of knowledge and technical and strategic expertise.

Save the Date for the Wisconsin Solar Tour

Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 2, 2010 to attend the Wisconsin Solar Tour. Various homes and businesses around the state are opening their doors so you can see renewable energy up close. Come learn about solar and wind power, energy efficiency, green building techniques, and sustainable living ideas. Speak with home and business owners and find out how renewable energy works for them.

Pitch Your Tent at the MREA and Save Big Bucks

If you're looking to save money while attending a MREA workshop in Custer or just prefer the quiet of nature, you'll be happy to know MREA has campsites available for workshop attendees. Milwaukee Fire Station SHW Install Workshops!

MREA is offering this one of a kind hands-on installation course as part of the City of Milwaukee�s Solar America City Program, Milwaukee Shines. Thanks to a partnership between Milwaukee Shines, MREA and Caleffi, students can help bring solar hot water to a Milwaukee firehouse, and get specialized training at the same time. Questions?
