KENNEL INFORMATION Pets are not allowed at the Energy Fair. That means no pets in parking lots, fairgrounds, or campground. You can keep your pet safe and comfortable at one of the following kennels. GROUND TRANSPORTATION The ReNew the Earth Institute is conveniently located just off Hwy 10, 7 miles east of Hwy 39, providing easy access to Appleton (1 1/2 hours), Chicago (4 hours), Milwaukee (3 1/2 hours), and Minneapolis-St. Paul (4 hours).

Taxi service from Appleton Airport to Custer, WI: ROAD WORK ALERT: Beginning May 27, 2008 the I-39/Business 51 interchange located in Stevens Point will start planned improvements. Traffic impacts include: Closing the I-39 northbound exit and entrance ramps, from approximately May 27 to August 29, 2008. Traffic will be detoured via I-39, to US 10, to Business 51. Closing the I-39 southbound exit and entrance ramps for approximately three weeks beginning June 2, 2008. Traffic will be detoured via I-39, to US 10, to Business 51. Please feel at ease, there will be easy to follow detour signs once you exit I-39 onto US 10 (exit 158 B)

Due to the overwhelming response of mass transit to the Fair from Madison and Milwaukee last year, we’ve added additional cities to the mass transit bus schedule- Minneapolis and Chicago! Please do your part in spreading the word to your friends and family about the bus transportation. PRE-REGISTRTATION IS REQUIRED. Sign up today! FREE SHUTTLES FROM STEVENS POINT
All Aboard! One pound of CO2 is emitted for every 1-mile driven. To save all of that carbon, we’re offering FREE shuttles to the Energy Fair from Stevens Point. Shuttles are offered hourly on the following schedule and route: Shuttle Hours: FRIDAY & SATURDAY 8 am-8:45 pm and 12 am; SUNDAY 8 am-6:45 pm Please be waiting in front of the hotel for the shuttle. The driver will not enter the hotel to check for passengers.
