Do you think environmental education is a worthwhile investment? We do too!!

Now, investing in environmental education and MREA is easier than ever. If you or someone you know is an employee of the state of Wisconsin, please consider participating in the 2009 State Employees Combined Campaign (SECC). The campaign allows state employees to give to participating charities of their choice through a direct payroll deduction, cash, check, or credit card. Please consider making a contribution to MREA’s environmental education programs via the SECC. You can find us under the Wisconsin Environmental Education Foundation umbrella in the campaign booklet 2501 or online here.

The State Employees Combined Campaign, and workplace giving in general, is one of the most effective and efficient fund-raising tools for non-profits. The Campaign has extremely low overhead costs so virtually every penny of your donation goes directly to the charity of your choice—saving them the usual expense of direct mailings and other enrollment techniques. With more than 400 non-profits to choose from in all, there is sure to be something for everyone. For MREA supporters, the campaign is an easy and meaningful way to invest in environmental education and the MREA. Thank you for supporting the MREA and the State Employees Combined Campaign!

If you aren’t a state employee, don’t worry! You can still give. MREA welcomes all end of the year donations. To make your tax-deductible donation, call 715-592-6595 today.
